1. సిస్టమ్ అడ్మినిస్ట్రేటర్ (System Administrator)
- ఖాళీల సంఖ్య: 01.
- వేతనం: రిటైర్డ్ కాని వారికి నెలకు రూ. 1,27,633/-.
- విద్యార్హత: కంప్యూటర్ అప్లికేషన్స్ లేదా కంప్యూటర్ సైన్స్ లేదా ఐటీ (IT) లో మాస్టర్స్ డిగ్రీ (M.Sc/MCA) లేదా BE/B.Tech (కంప్యూటర్ సైన్స్/ఇంజనీరింగ్/IT) ఉత్తీర్ణులై ఉండాలి.
- అనుభవం: ప్రభుత్వ కార్యాలయాలు లేదా పబ్లిక్ సెక్టార్ యూనిట్లలో సిస్టమ్ అడ్మినిస్ట్రేషన్ (సర్వర్లు, స్టోరేజ్, డేటాబేస్ కాన్ఫిగరేషన్) లో 5 ఏళ్ల అనుభవం ఉండాలి.
- విధులు: అకాడమీ సర్వర్లలోని సాఫ్ట్వేర్ అప్లికేషన్లు, LAN మరియు వైఫై (Wifi) నెట్వర్క్ పర్యవేక్షణ, మరియు నెట్వర్క్ భద్రతను నిర్ధారించడం వంటి పనులు చేయాలి.
2. లాంగ్వేజ్ ఇన్స్ట్రక్టర్ (Language Instructor)
- ఖాళీల సంఖ్య: 01.
- వేతనం: రిటైర్డ్ కాని వారికి నెలకు రూ. 70,290/-.
- విద్యార్హత: తెలుగు, ఉర్దూ, కన్నడ, బెంగాలీ, మరాఠీ, తమిళం, మలయాళం, ఇంగ్లీష్ వంటి నిర్ణీత భాషల్లో బ్యాచిలర్ డిగ్రీ కలిగి ఉండాలి.
- అనుభవం: సంబంధిత భాష బోధనలో ఒక సంవత్సరం అనుభవం ఉండాలి.
- విధులు: IPS ప్రొబేషనర్లకు ప్రాంతీయ భాషలలో చదవడం మరియు రాయడం నేర్పించాలి. వీరు లెసన్ ప్లాన్లు, వర్క్ బుక్స్ మరియు పరీక్షా పత్రాలను సిద్ధం చేయాల్సి ఉంటుంది.
3. అసిస్టెంట్ – మినిస్టీరియల్ (Assistant – Ministerial)
- ఖాళీల సంఖ్య: 01.
- వేతనం: భారత ప్రభుత్వ ఆర్థిక శాఖ నిబంధనల ప్రకారం (OM dated 09.12.2020) ఉంటుంది.
- అర్హత: ఈ పోస్టు ప్రధానంగా ప్రభుత్వ సేవ నుండి పదవీ విరమణ చేసిన (Retired) వారి కోసం. గతంలో మినిస్టీరియల్ క్యాడర్లో లెవల్-6 పోస్టులో పని చేసిన వారు లేదా 10 ఏళ్ల సర్వీస్ ఉన్న రిటైర్డ్ UDC (లెవల్-4) వారు అర్హులు.
- విధులు: సెక్షన్ మేనేజ్మెంట్లో అడ్మినిస్ట్రేటివ్ ఆఫీసర్లకు సహాయం చేయడం, సాధారణ పర్యవేక్షణ మరియు పనుల త్వరితగతిన పూర్తి చేయడం.
4. నెట్వర్క్ అడ్మినిస్ట్రేటర్ (Network Administrator)
- ఖాళీల సంఖ్య: 01.
- వేతనం: రిటైర్డ్ కాని వారికి నెలకు రూ. 45,384/-.
- విద్యార్హత: సైన్స్ మరియు మ్యాథ్స్ సబ్జెక్టులతో 12వ తరగతి ఉత్తీర్ణతతో పాటు కంప్యూటర్ అప్లికేషన్లలో డిప్లొమా లేదా ఎలక్ట్రానిక్స్/ITలో డిప్లొమా/డిగ్రీ లేదా BCA చేసి ఉండాలి.
- అనుభవం: నెట్వర్కింగ్లో 2 ఏళ్ల అనుభవం ఉండాలి. CCNA సర్టిఫికేషన్ ఉన్నవారికి ప్రాధాన్యత ఉంటుంది.
- విధులు: ఐటీ నెట్వర్క్ పరికరాల (వైఫై యాక్సెస్ పాయింట్లు, స్విచ్లు) నిర్వహణలో సిస్టమ్ అడ్మినిస్ట్రేటర్కు సహాయం చేయడం.
5. స్టెనోగ్రాఫర్ గ్రేడ్-II (Stenographer Grade-II)
- ఖాళీల సంఖ్య: 02.
- వేతనం: రిటైర్డ్ కాని వారికి నెలకు రూ. 45,186/-.
- విద్యార్హత: 12వ తరగతి ఉత్తీర్ణత కలిగి ఉండాలి.
- నైపుణ్య పరీక్ష (Skill Test): డిక్టేషన్ నిమిషానికి 80 పదాలు (80 w.p.m) వేగంతో ఉండాలి; కంప్యూటర్ పై ట్రాన్స్క్రిప్షన్ (ఇంగ్లీష్: 50 నిమిషాలు, హిందీ: 65 నిమిషాలు) చేయగలగాలి.
- విధులు: షార్ట్హ్యాండ్ డిక్టేషన్ తీసుకోవడం, కాన్ఫిడెన్షియల్ డాక్యుమెంట్లను టైప్ చేయడం, మీటింగ్లు మరియు పర్యటనల వివరాలను నమోదు చేయడం వంటివి.

A total of five distinct roles are being offered to eligible individuals: Here are the detailed descriptions of each post in English, specific requirements and responsibilities for each:
1. System Administrator
- Vacancies: 01.
- Remuneration: Rs. 1,27,633/- per month for non-retired candidates.
- Educational Qualifications: Candidates must have a Master’s degree in Computer Applications, Computer Science, or IT, OR a BE/B.Tech in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or IT from a recognized institution.
- Experience: Five years of post-qualification experience in areas of System Administration (configuration and maintenance of servers, storage, and databases) within a Government office, PSU, or autonomous body.
- Key Duties: Responsible for the day-to-day administration of LAN and Wi-Fi infrastructure. They ensure network and data security, monitor system logs for threats, and supervise the Web and Network Administrators.
2. Language Instructor
- Vacancies: 01.
- Remuneration: Rs. 70,290/- per month for non-retired candidates.
- Educational Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in languages such as Telugu, Assamese, Urdu, Kannada, Bengali, Marathi, Tamil, Gujarati, English, etc., from a recognized university.
- Experience: One year of experience in teaching the specified languages.
- Key Duties: Teaching IPS Probationers how to read and write the regional language of their allotted state cadre. They are responsible for preparing lesson plans, workbooks, and question papers for final exams.
3. Assistant (Ministerial)
- Vacancies: 01.
- Remuneration: Fixed monthly remuneration as per the Ministry of Finance OM dated 09.12.2020.
- Eligibility: This post is for officials retired from Government service who held an analogous post in Level-6 OR retired Upper Division Clerks with 10 years of regular service in Level-4.
- Key Duties: Assisting the Administrative Officer and Superintendents in general supervision and management. They assign tasks to LDCs and UDCs and follow up to ensure work is disposed of expeditiously.

4. Network Administrator
- Vacancies: 01.
- Remuneration: Rs. 45,384/- per month for non-retired candidates.
- Educational Qualifications: 12th standard pass (Science/Maths) with a one-year diploma in computer applications, OR a Diploma/Degree in Electronics, IT, or Computer Science, OR a BCA.
- Experience: Two years of networking experience from a recognized public institution. CCNA certification is desirable.
- Key Duties: Assisting the System and Web Administrators with IT activities. They handle the daily maintenance of IT network equipment like Wi-Fi Access Points and LAN switches to minimize downtime.
5. Stenographer Grade-II
- Vacancies: 02.
- Remuneration: Rs. 45,186/- per month for non-retired candidates.
- Educational Qualifications: 12th class pass or equivalent from a recognized Board or University.
- Skill Test Norms: Dictation at 80 w.p.m. for 10 minutes and transcription on a computer (50 minutes for English or 65 minutes for Hindi).
- Key Duties: Taking shorthand dictation and transcribing it, typing confidential/secret documents, and managing the officer’s phone calls and visitors. They also maintain engagement lists, meeting schedules, and track file movements.
Eligibility and Requirements

- Age Limit: Candidates must not exceed 64 years of age as of April 1, 2026.
- Retired Personnel: For retired Government servants, fixed monthly remuneration and leave will be regulated as per the Ministry of Finance Department of Expenditure OM dated 09.12.2020.
- Leave Benefits: Appointees are entitled only to 8 days of Casual Leave on a pro-rata basis (one day for every 45 days in a calendar year).

- Facilities: Appointees are not entitled to residential accommodation, transport facilities, CGHS, or medical reimbursement.
